Recently the No. 2 of largest operator in Japan, KDDI released six new Android devices, among which is the Fujitsu-Toshiba ARROWS Z, made by Fujitsu-Toshiba.
Fujitsu-Toshiba ARROWS Z runned with Android 2.3.5, this phone has a 1.2 GHz dual core processor TI OMAP4430 with 1GB of RAM. For the camera resolution is very large, up to 13MP CMOS sensor, equipped with 1080p HD video recorder. There is also a 1.3 megapixel front camera for video calls.
Connectivity is available is a GSM/CDMA, WiFi, WiMax, Bluetooth, infrared, eWallet digital wallet functionality and an integrated digital TV tuner. As usual Android phone there is also an HDMI port, slot micro SD up to 32GB and a micro USB port. Not only that, this phone is also waterproof. Japanese mobile phone is a lot that already has a water resistant features.
Fujitsu-Toshiba ARROWS Z will be available to KDDI customers in November. Price not yet known. With upscale features such as those described above could have this phone compete in international markets, although it seems impossible, after all Japanese mobile phone unlocking is quite difficult and not all features can be used even though it could unlocked.
